Last time in our English class we discussed about the open and close conversation. Sir. Mabu presents some information and conversation about our lesson. The close-ended questions can occur in an ongoing conversation. Instead of inspiring another question or statement by the other person in a conversation, it is usually a "yes," "no," or finite statement while the open-ended questions are ones that require more than one word answers. The answers could come in the form of a list, a few sentences or something longer such as a speech, paragraph or essay.
He gave us the important details on how to keep a conversation going. First, give a little more information than is asked for. Second, make a related comment. Third, repeat key words. Fourth, react in some creative way. Fifth, add comments. Sixth, ask related questions and lastly, use question tags. He also let us find our partner to do conversation in front of our class all of us did it properly and that was our quiz, but this close-ended conversation was quite boring. The proper conversation is open-ended, you will know many information on the people whom you are talking to.
